We really enjoyed our stay. Ana was great to communicate transfer options and other things we might need for our trip. The apartment was spotless and roomy. Ana really thought of everything, including a stapler for our luggage tags. There was a noisy neighbor upstairs, but that can happen anywhere. We would definitely recommend this place, and especially Ana.

Anna was a great host -- very helpful in checking in and show us the unit, which was spotless and in a convenient spot to spend the night before our cruise departure the next day. She even shuttled us directly from the hotel to the ship (for a small fee).

The room was lovely & extremely clean, & bed was comfy. We organised a private transfer from Rome Airport to the hotel & then to the cruise ship the next morning directly through them & price was very good. Service was excellent, location was perfect & our stay was very enjoyable. I definitely recommend! I forgot to take photos of the room, however they are the same as what you see on line. I did however take a pic of the beautiful wall paper in the hall.

This was an excellent option especially since our hotel was overbooked and canceled our reservation. My only constructive criticism is the front door requires a precise pull and push pattern to open. The owner should change lock or door to solve this definitively. Also to contact host you must be able to use your phone in Italy. Great location for restaurants and a short walk to cruise terminal.

Wonderful stay within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shopping. Comes equipped with water, coffee, snacks and AC. For an extra charge you can get a ride to the cruise terminal. Anna was the perfect hostess! We highly recommend this place for value and convenience.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Rome. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Our host and her husband personally met us when we arrived and graciously allowed us to check in early after our early morning flight, which we truly appreciated. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. When we left, our host even stopped by to say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again on our next trip to Rome

The property was in a great area, near the waterfront. There were a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was amazingly helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport to the property, as well as transportation to the port after our stay.

The room was so clean and so comfortable! A/C works great and the staff was so sweet! A little difficult to find because the signage was small and different from what we are used to in America. But our Google Maps took us straight to the location, you just have to know what to look for!

Everything about this stay was perfect the apartment is so clean and thoughtful large enough for family and luggage. We walked to the ship -yes walked right to the ship! Hosts could not have been better communications and sharing their little slice of heaven- we enjoyed a night of strolling and dining then great nights sleep prior to going to our cruise destination- thank you!!

GOOD: 1) hotel/apartment is super clean & well maintained with updated/remodeled items 2) super close to cruise pier ports so that was convenient BAD: 1) you have to wait for the property owner to meet you to give you keys. She said message her 15 mins prior to arrival. I messaged her with more than 15 mins and called several times when at the property with no response. When she answered I had to wait an additional 10 mins. It’s not convenient when you just want to get in the hotel to relax after a long day of travel. 2) the key provided for the front door to get in the building broke the first time we had to use it 3) the bed isn’t super comfortable

This is an unassuming gem. Follow directions and it will take you there. There is a sign on outside. If you like to break away from hotels and like to be there. This is the place. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and can walk (10-15 minutes) to cruise departure terminal to catch bus. Yes, you can pay for a driver to get luggage and take you directly to check in area if you prefer that option. But we’re walkers and it was very simple. In terms of check in process, Ana is wonderful. She promptly responds and walks you through everything. The amenities and personal touches are a plus. Thanks to all the past guest for sharing their experiences.

We stayed at this property the night prior to our cruise embarkation. Anna met us upon arrival and showed us everything. She gave us some recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. The next morning she arranged to provide a transfer to the cruise terminal dropping us off right next to the ship. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean and comfortable and a welcome stay after a long international flight.

Great location and staff! We arrived off a red eye from the US and the we were allowed into our room early. The staff was so accommodating!! The room was updated and clean and the AV worked great! The location is perfect, and it’s easy to walk around and down to waterfront. They provided a taxi service to cruise port for a reasonable fee! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but would definitely stay again!
