This was an excellent option especially since our hotel was overbooked and canceled our reservation. My only constructive criticism is the front door requires a precise pull and push pattern to open. The owner should change lock or door to solve this definitively. Also to contact host you must be able to use your phone in Italy. Great location for restaurants and a short walk to cruise terminal.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Rome. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat. Our host and her husband personally met us when we arrived and graciously allowed us to check in early after our early morning flight, which we truly appreciated. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. When we left, our host even stopped by to say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again on our next trip to Rome

Our stay was great! Close to everything you need in town. Anna was very accommodating and helpful. Only thing was, as a group of 5, the sitting area had just a couch and table with chairs. Not very comfortable for lounging in the evening.

This is an unassuming gem. Follow directions and it will take you there. There is a sign on outside. If you like to break away from hotels and like to be there. This is the place. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and can walk (10-15 minutes) to cruise departure terminal to catch bus. Yes, you can pay for a driver to get luggage and take you directly to check in area if you prefer that option. But we’re walkers and it was very simple. In terms of check in process, Ana is wonderful. She promptly responds and walks you through everything. The amenities and personal touches are a plus. Thanks to all the past guest for sharing their experiences.

The property was in a great area, near the waterfront. There were a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was amazingly helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport to the property, as well as transportation to the port after our stay.

The room was so clean and so comfortable! A/C works great and the staff was so sweet! A little difficult to find because the signage was small and different from what we are used to in America. But our Google Maps took us straight to the location, you just have to know what to look for!

Everything about this stay was perfect the apartment is so clean and thoughtful large enough for family and luggage. We walked to the ship -yes walked right to the ship! Hosts could not have been better communications and sharing their little slice of heaven- we enjoyed a night of strolling and dining then great nights sleep prior to going to our cruise destination- thank you!!

Anna was a great host -- very helpful in checking in and show us the unit, which was spotless and in a convenient spot to spend the night before our cruise departure the next day. She even shuttled us directly from the hotel to the ship (for a small fee).

Wonderful stay within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and shopping. Comes equipped with water, coffee, snacks and AC. For an extra charge you can get a ride to the cruise terminal. Anna was the perfect hostess! We highly recommend this place for value and convenience.

Great location pre cruise as we were about 5 min walk to the free cruise shuttle to the terminal. We were within walking distance of restaurants and markets. The whole unit fit our family of 5 adults was spacious, clean and well stocked with snacks and coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
