The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s new so obviously everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast for was above average especially compared to the competition. Would definitely stay here again on our travels through Thunder Bay.

Exceptional!!! I stay a lot of places, this one thoroughly impressed. It’s new, it’s spotless, smells clean (fresh/new), great shower & amenities, comfortable bed, quiet rooms, beautiful simplistic clean design. Genuine friendly staff. Big & best continental breakfast, they even replenished it right to the end! I can’t say enough! Can’t wait to stay here again! :)

We were so happy to stay here!! The staff really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a studio & it was brand new & so nicely arranged. It had everything we needed to rest after a long road trip. We felt so refreshed here! It was clean & comfortable. We felt it was a safe area too compared to other parts of town. The breakfast was awesome…we actually had a healthy meal with many options. If we had more time, we would’ve tried the pool & gym…it all looked very inviting. We would stay here again!
