After an earlier unpleasant interaction with the manager, the hotel arranged my airport transfer by Yandex, but I was taken to the train station instead and nearly missed my flight.
The manager refused to provide any record of the ride and later claimed he had simply flagged down a taxi on the street. However, I was with him the whole time, and at no point did he stop a taxi on the street. The driver never requested any payment from me, suggesting the ride had already been paid for via another method. I will let the facts speak for themselves.
