O hotel é uma propriedade antiga ao qual não está em condições modernizadas. No quarto que ficamos (410), a cama estava muito desconfortável. De molas antigas. Os travesseiros são muito baixo, não proporcionando uma boa noite de sono. As roupas de cama e banho em estado de uso desgastado. Ao solicitarmos mais 2 travesseiros, fomos informados pela recepcionista de que não tinham mais disponíveis devido a ocupação do hotel. O banheiro estava com a pintura dos azulejos bem acabadas mostrando falta de manutenção. Ao sairmos, tinha que deixar a chave do quarto, porque não são equipados com trava via cartão. Dos 4 dias que ficamos, em dois deles não foi feito serviço de limpeza. Num dos dias, foram fazer a limpeza passando das 16h30 e já estávamos acomodados. O café da manhã é bem servido. Os recepcionistas não demonstraram amistosidade conosco quando fomos fazer o check-in.
