I’m really disappointed with my check-in experience at this hotel. The front desk receptionist was uncooperative, rude, and seemed to lack basic communication skills. I explained multiple times that I was only staying for about four hours to wait out the rain and head to the airport to fly back, and that my girlfriend would be stopping by for just an hour. Despite that, she refused to let her come in without charging extra.
In the end, I paid over $90 for a stay that lasted only about three hours simply because the receptionist couldn’t understand or work with a simple situation. The customer service was terrible, and I wouldn’t book here again. I’d strongly suggest others avoid this place as well.
