I booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday and could not have made a better choice. Everyone was extremely attentive, the staff took care of me, my family and the assistants outstandingly, going well beyond their duties and my own expectations. I have no enough words to express my deepest gratitude for such an amazing celebration and the unforgettable experience we had throughout the weekend. The place was perfect, the food delicious, the drinks spectacular, and the service superb. Special thanks to Jenny, the waitress who had the patience and kindness during the celebration, and obviously to Diego, the Manager whose generosity and diligence is infinite.

8/10 Very good

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom in particular was spotless and well appointed. Staff were friendly and the hotel felt very secure. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We paid approximately £35 for 2 persons to have breakfast and use of the Executive Lounge, which was excellent value. Breakfast was generous and had a good selection available (including lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order). The Executive Lounge offered 2 hours of alcoholic drinks between 5-7 (including wine, beers, gin, rum etc). The snacks provided were substantial (pizza, mini sandwiches etc).

We really enjoyed our stay! The bed is very comfortable and the rooms were big. The only issue is the street noise that can be heard in the rooms due to the poor soundproofing.

Nice place to stay!!

We had some hot water problems at the start AND issues with keeping our Room Key active due to some problems you were having with your computer system - that we we had a great stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Your staff was always quite gracious - our Guides Alvaro and Andrea were excellent!!
