Nice Little Family Run Place - No Regrets

Just finished a 4 night stay at this charming place. We had a late arrival due to a delayed flight (i.e. midnight), but was nevertheless met by the delightful owner. The place is located about a 2 minute walk from the main drag, which was quite convenient. Despite this, the place was deliciously peaceful and quiet. The pool was a welcome oasis, clean and refreshing. Five strokes end to end for me, but I'm a competitive swimmer. The room was, well, in a cave. So, a little dark, a little humid, but that didn’t detract from its comfort. The shower had hot water with good pressure. Breakfast was solid, with a decent mix of Turkish food, fruit, and muesli. Location was a plus. We didn't have a car. It was a 15-20 minute walk up to Sunset View, 30 minutes or less to the Open Air Museum, 30 minutes to the Rose Valley. On that note, we were planning about a 2 hour Rose Valley hike, but took a wrong turn somewhere and ended up doubling that. We finally emerged from a valley high above the Open Air Museum! No idea how that happened, but plan a little extra time because we heard several similar stories from fellow travellers. Highly recommend this gem. Although we didn't run into any problems, I have no doubt the owner would do everything in her power to make things right.

Nice pool, dated room

Nice small hotel. Needs some TLC: bathroom in room very dated and a bit grotty. Service varying - have to ask to have room cleaned. Ambiance around the pool is lovely, this is probably the best bit.

Great location

It's nice hotel, strategic location, great breakfast, english speaking staff, but need some improvement. No place to hang our clotch and towel at bathroom, also no place to put soap and shower. We stay 3 days, and no one clean our room (we asked, but they don't clean it). But they are very helpfull to find me airport shuttle!

This is a great hotel in a perfect location at a walking distance from the open air museum and the view points for taking pictures of the balloons. The staff went above and beyond in helping me with all the questions I had about getting to know Cappadocia. It’s the first hotel I’ve been to where receptionist and staff actually care and helped me with questions I had without me even asking they offered to help me with information. The breakfast is good and the ladies that clean the room and serve the food are very friendly. The price is great for everything they offer. They contact you directo with travel agencies for tours. I will definitely come back to this place when I plan to visit Cappadocia again in the winter.

Öncelikle kahvaltı iyi, temizlik de gayet iyi ancak eşyalar çok eski olduğu için pis görünüyor. Ben olsaydım tüm eski mobilyaları boyardım, bu da öneri olsun. Çok sık otellerde konaklıyoruz ama bu otelde anlam veremediğimiz bir memnuniyetsizlik vardı bize karşı, bu site üzerinden daha uyguna tatil satın aldık mı diye bilemiyoruz ama üzüldük. Turistlere karşı çok sıcaklar ama. Otelde kahve yapmayı bilen kimse yok, 2 defa içtik yapmayı bilmiyoruz dediler kabul ama sıcak su alabilir miyiz dedik, tabi sorun yok dediler, sonraki gün eşim sıcak su almaya giderken başka biri azarlayıp buraya personelden başkası giremez demiş eşimde şaşırmış. Çıkarken kahve ücretlerini almadılar ama mesele para değil ki, 100 liranın hiç kıymeti yok. Biz gittiğimiz her yerde aile gibi olurken burada olamadık ve üzgün ayrıldık. Temizlikçi abla çok çalıştığı için 5 gün odamızı kendimiz temizledik, kıyamadık. Kahvaltımızı kendimiz topladık filan sevdiğimiz için. Odalar güzel, bahçe güzel ama 2 tane tavuk olsa bahçedeki tüm zararlı örümcekleri temizleyebilir çünkü çok gördük. Havuz olimpik değil ama yeterli175 ve 140 arası boy. Odaların kapısının önünde oturup çok geç saate kadar sohbet eden ve rica etmeme rağmen gülen turistler oldu, bu da can sıkıcı. Mert bey nazik biriydi, ona ilgisi için teşekkür ediyoruz. Umarız daha hoş bir zamanda tekrar deneriz 🌿🙏

Good location, good pool, and breakfast. Good price. I stayed in one of the cabins, maybe the rooms are better. Hopefully for the next guest: the air conditioner will be repaired and the water won't keep going off, and the dog doesn't wake them up at 5am.

Great place but needs more attention from owners

The Hotel has a lot of potential, very nice place, beautiful rooms, lovely swimming pool and amazing location. but unfortunately we felt that the owners should have a bit more attention to details. Big majority of hotels in the same area-category would have given better service during breakfast, service and cleaning.

Cute hotel with a good location &really nice hosts

We stay es in our own bungalow. The family that runs the hotel is super nice and is happy to help with anything. They all speak English, some a little better than others. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Göreme's main street. So, you can get anywhere quickly . you can even Walt to the viewing point within 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also good. In front of every bungalow or room there is always a table and chairs. So, you can sit in the sun, when it's nice outside.

Отель расположен очень удобно, рядом смотровая площадка с видом на шары, сам домик опрятный и уютный, есть кондёр, хозяева радушные и даже на нашу просьбу взять ковёр для съёмки пошли на встречу, крошечный минус за 3 дня у нас не убирались, но все остальное замечательно, во дворе ухоженный бассейн с лежаками, и купаться и загорать, спасибо нам понравилось.
