The pool is very nice and a good size pool area with great views. The gym is old and doesn’t have free weights. Just a machine that’s is really low quality and a tread mill. The building is well located in a. good area with great food next door. Amazing bakery (Boca), great caffe shops and restaurants in the same block as the building.

A localização é excelente, com tudo a uma curta distancia. Os porteiros são prestativos e simpaticos. O edificio tem uma linda vista da cobertura. Ficamos em dois apartamentos. O do terceiro andar era mais bem conservado em termos do mobiliario, com mesas de cabeceira, banheiro um pouco mais espaçoso, só necessitando melhorar o fogão (velho e lento) e fornecer mais utensilios de cozinha (porta detergente/esponja, escorredor de pratos, talheres em geral). O apartamento do setimo andar não era tão bem conservado, sem mesa de cabeceira, armarios mais desgastados, lixo por recolher, banheiro apertado. Mas no geral, para poucos dias, foi um bom custo beneficio.

Foi tudo perfeito! A localização é excelente, pertinho de tudo: metrô, restaurantes, supermercado, lojas para aluguel de roupas de neve e cafeterias. O Costanera Center fica a poucos minutos, foi muito prático para conhecer Santiago e fazer tudo a pé ou de metrô. O apartamento estava muito limpo e organizado, tivemos serviço de quarto e ainda tinha uma varandinha super agradável. Gostei muito da estadia, foi tudo ótimo e com certeza voltaria a ficar aqui!

A localização é excelente, ambiente limpo e tranquilo, senti falta de pano de chão e mesmo após pedido não obtive retorno sobre. Havia limpeza diária e troca de toalhas a cada 4 dias. O box não tinha porta, apenas uma divisória, o que molhava o chão e não tinha como enxugar. Tirando a logística do banheiro, foi tudo ótimo!

Apartamento excelente, varanda com vista maravilhosaaaa da cidade, mto bem equipado, cozinha completa, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho, banheiro grande. Anfitriã Laura é muito simpática, educada. Preco bem justo. Otima localização. Supermercado 24h e restaurantes na porta. Maribel, quem faz a limpeza, é muito solicita, gentil e caprichosa. Experiência otima!! Recomendo.

Todo bien. Solamente no funciono wifi y fono a nuestra llegada a medianoche. Tuvimos que buscar chip por suerte al frente habia tienda 24 horas. Al hacer booking por su pagina, se nos ofrecia el desayuno. Cuando marque numeros de mi tarjeta por magia desaparecio la oferta del desayuno. Un consejo en sus ofertas no ofrezcan lo que no tienen. El resto estaba bien. Tranquilo y limpio.
