Gorgeous little vintage hotel in the heart of the old quarter Our room tho stunning was a little small so we decided to upgrade on arrival and we were very pleased For a little extra we had a luxurious large room which also came with breakfast in bed if you wanted Had a little hiccup but the staff couldn’t do enough to rectify the situation. It was nothing dramatic but they wanted to make things right anyway they could The food in the restaurant was fabulous and as a hotel guest you get a large discount. It made amazing food incredibly cheap We also used the spa facilities and had wonderful massages 2 bars one on the roof and a quaint one in the basement Again the staff were also what made our stay that much better

This hotel is amazing. I booked the airport pickup from them and was met by the staff, they took me to the hotel and helped me cross the road (a daunting task in Hanoi). I was met at reception with a welcome drink and wonderful smiles. The rooms have a DPS ious queen size bed, though windowless it was not an issue for me. The staff were on hand to help at a moments notice and the location is superb with a mini mart only yards away, ideal if you want some coffee gifts if you want to avoid the expensive tourist trap stores. I used this hotel as a base and returned after my Ha Long Bay trip. My luggage was stored snd ready upon my return. Again the location is fantastic with the famous church is only a few mins walk and the lake is also very close. I thoroughly recommend this place and give stars was not enough for the staff. 😀 Minutes

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions and was excellent on both occasions. On the hotels.com website it was not immediately apparent that some of the rooms are internal without a window. When we realised this we booked a superior room and took the option of dinner and air port transfer. The additional cost was minimal. We suspected that we would eat in first night only but the food was so good and staff so friendly and attentive that we ate in every night. Breakfast was exceptional especially the pho soup, noodles and yogurt!

Clean and comfortable hotel with good room amenities. The room had 3 different size pillows available. The room even have an international adapter for guests to use. Reception staff Linh (a lady, didn’t get her proper name) was very friendly and helpful. Other staffs were also very polite. Breakfast variety was good. Location of hotel is convenient. Stayed for four nights. Staff was incredible. Friendly and accommodating. The front desk associate, Ling was especially nice. Very good breakfast served until 10am, with buffet style options as well as a menu. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. They give you complimentary fruit platter in your room on arrival. They also give you a snack upon checkout. Ling was even nice enough to walk me out and help me get a grab ride.

Perfect location in the old quarter. Staff were attentive and made our honeymoon special. The food for breakfast was running late one day and I had to be ready for my taxi. One of the staff members made every effort to bring my noodles and mango smoothie out for me in a takeaway box whilst running between other jobs. Thank you for being so thoughtful! Improvements could be made for the daily breakfast to include more vegetarian options that are clearly labelled as it wasn't always clear but overall a great place

Wonderful boutique hotel in old town Hanoi. Walk to everywhere. Very close to night market and Ho Hoan Klem lake. Nice area for morning jog. Hotel spa was closed and not really have any other amenities other than a restaurant and basement bar. Room is adequate and clean.

It was a little cramped but impeccably clean, and very well appointed, with thoughtful touches that made it both comfortable and relaxing. This hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect of our stay. Opened in December, the staff were well prepared and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location in the old quarter was perfectly located to either walk to attractions or to use GRAB for transportation. The hotel restaurant and bars were stunning. The room was clean and inviting and perfectly decorated. Again, could not say enough about their staff who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect.

everything excellent except one thing- note the nail salon close by 7pm and not 10 as i plan my day accordingly and then when i went there at 8 pm the staff already left and also they claim some discount on salon services but you end up spending more as they add service tax and gst on the prices they show you. so please mind that.
