It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!

Stunning property with incredible architecture and location on cliff side next to see and overlooking the town. Wonderful staff and owner that offered to drive me to the ferry when the taxi was not showing up on time. Good menu for dinner. Great breakfast and unbeatable setting. The only problem was that although they say to preserve water, it takes 10-15 minutes for the water in the shower to get warm. Investing in a new water heating system should be top priority. Even so, I would love to stay there again.

Fantastic location with authentic charm We recently stayed two nights at this hotel during our family holiday in Sicily, and it was the highlight of our trip. The location right by the Mediterranean Sea is absolutely amazing, offering breathtaking views. As a family, we loved the saltwater pool and the direct stair access to the crystal-clear water, which was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The lunch was also delicious. The hotel has a wonderful, authentic feel, though it is quite old and showing some wear and tear. Some fixtures around the pool area need maintenance, and the furniture is dated. We understand a major renovation is planned, which will be a great improvement.Despite the need for updates, this was the best part of our vacation. We would love to come back again!

La struttura è posizionata in un luogo incantevole a picco sul mare, possiede una bellissima piscina di acqua di mare con affaccio sulla Baia di Portinenti. L atmosfera è resa ancora più gradevole dalla musica anni 50 e dal piano bar fino alla mezzanotte. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prelibatezze dolciarie siciliane. Le camere spaziose e arredate in stile eoliano risultano bene tenute e pulite.

Otrolig utsikt från uteterassen när man åt frukost, magiskt. Frukosten var bra och ännu bättre att det fanns glutenfria alternativ. Sååå goda avokado och poscherade äggmackor som man kunde beställa in till en extra kostnad. Väl värt! Badplatsen och solstolarna nere vid klipporna var så lugna och rofyllda. Vår favoritplats! Också dessa med fantastisk utsikt! Rummen var fina och välstädade, vi hade en uteplats mot havet. Igen, utsikten! 😍

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, propre et calme. Il est difficile d'y accéder avec de grosses valises et sans voiture. Il faut gravir la montagne, ce qui nous a déçus, mais dans l'ensemble, le quartier est calme. Le petit déjeuner était savoureux mais pas très varié, cela n'a pas affecté notre avis, nous avons vraiment aimé l'hôtel

L’hôtel se trouve a 500 m à vol d‘oiseau de Marina Corta. La grimpée à pied est raide sur environ 100 m. La réception n’accepte pas la carte American Express,car une demande d’autorisation est en cours depuis plus de 2 mois.
