Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were a little small but we’ve had worse. Staff was good and the parking was free and plenty available. Not too far from the beach either. We went when it wasn’t super busy so no issues with chairs by the pool, but I can imagine that being and issue when fully booked. Overall, no complaints.

Great hotel staff and accomodations !

I am very happy with the warm welcome my dog and I received, the staff has been great with us ! The buffet was varied, and the food is good quality, both continental/tailored for English and German tourists, as well as a selection of good local food. The staff is smiling, welcoming and tries to do their best to make your stay exceptional. The spa installations are clean and at good temperatures. I really recommend this hotel

Amazing!

Amazing. Everything was immaculate and comfortable! We got a great room with a huge balcony facing the pool. Very good air conditioning and friendly staff. Buffet included with stay was awesome and perfect, so much quality food to choose from. Only advice is the perfume/room spray in the lobby but more importantly, the guest rooms shouldn’t be so strong it was very strong and some people in their rooms are sensitive to smell.

Great location, less than 5min walk to beach, if that. Plenty of supermarkets, bars, restaurants around. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool. There's a sauna, hot tub, massages available too. Breakfast was good, freshly made omelettes, eggs, pancakes everyday. Cereal, fruit, yogurts, juice, coffee, tea, cold meats, cheese, breads. Literally something for everyone. Dinner the same self service buffet. Meat, fish, pizza, chips, pasta as standard plus different theme every night. So Asian, tapas, seafood, Mediterranean, etc. And there's desserts too. Just have to pay for drinks when you're half board, but that's fine. I'd absolutely stay here again. You can rent a beach towel for €10 at reception and you get the €10 returned when you return the towel.

After reading the reviews and seeing the hotel’s rating, I expected a much higher standard than what I actually experienced. The room felt cramped from the moment I arrived. There was barely enough space for luggage, and moving around comfortably was difficult. Unfortunately, comfort was also affected by the constant noise. Conversations from nearby rooms, activity in the hallways, and sounds from outside were all clearly audible throughout the day and evening. The location may appeal to people looking for nightlife, but it was not suitable for anyone hoping to relax. The area remains busy and noisy late into the evening, and the windows do little to block the sounds coming from outside. The dining experience was also underwhelming. There was plenty of food available, but quantity did not make up for the lack of quality. Most meals were forgettable and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel with a 4-star rating. I was equally disappointed by the resort area itself. It felt overcrowded, commercialized, and far less attractive than expected. Being approached repeatedly by people trying to draw customers into bars and restaurants quickly became irritating rather than welcoming. Overall, this holiday did not live up to expectations. For me, the hotel offered poor value for money, and neither the property nor the destination gave me any reason to return.

This hotel is not a true 4 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star hotel. Don't stay here expecting great service. The vibe of the staff and hotel policy is very CHEAP. The furniture and room layout is cheap, hardly any chairs or tables to leave your stuff. No conditioner, no room slippers. WiFi sucks, hardly worked. Beach towels, you need a cash deposit, not a big deal but not as assessable as other hotels we stayed at. Never had a 4 star hotel, called us right at 12:00 to remind us to check out. Usually all hotels are lenient but this four star hotel specially acts super cheap.

Startet oppholdet med en litt langsom innsjekking. Det var mye ting å tang som tok tid. Når vi kom på rommet var det ikke helt plettfritt. Noe støv på gulvet og flere små maur. Valgte å overse dette. Veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig personale, spesielt Matteo. Frokosten var stor og hadde godt utvalg av både sunnere alternativer og søtere bakst. Bassengområdet var rent og koselig. Wet bar var en veldig grei ting å ha tilgjengelig. Man må være noe tidlig ute for å få solseng, da de blir tatt ganske raskt av andre gjester. Veldig fin plassering av hotellet med nærhet til alt man trenger, og kort avstand til stranden. Gøy med mye forskjellig kvelds underholdning inne i 12to12 baren. Ønsker man å gjøre forskjellig aktiviteter mens man er på ferie, kan disse bookes gjennom resepsjonen. En ting som kunne være noe plagsomt var den lange ventetiden dersom man ville noe i resepsjonen (f.eks. leie håndklær til stranden for €10). Dersom man var uheldig å havnet bak noen som skulle sjekke inn ble man stående en stund, da det ofte var bare 1 i resepsjonen. Men samlet sett var det et hyggelig opphold og hadde ikke hatt noe imot å bodd her på nytt.

Dette hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste! Veldig fint bad, fine og rene rom. Snille og hjelpsomme resepsjonister. Vaskepersonel var veldig hyggelig og ikke minst flinke og effektive. Bassenget var rent og pent. Masse solsenger, det var aldri et problem å finne ledige solsenger. Og sist men ikke minst kanskje det beste med hele hotellet; frokosten! Så bredt og bra utvalg. Ansatte som steker rykende ferske pannekaker, omelett, speilegg, hva enn du måtte ønske!

Wunderbar. Sehr saubere Zimmer und täglicher Zimmerservice. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Auswahl an Gerichten war fantastisch. Sehr vielseitig und qualitativ. Gym auch super eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wirklich super und bietet viel Platz (Liegen sind genügend da, zumindest im Juni). Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!
