We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the beach is amazing, the water can be very calm or it can have some waves it depends on the weather how windy is, breakfast was very good you’ll find something to eat as well for dinner, AC in the room was not great and also the rooms will need some remodeling, you’ll need to bring your own towel to go to the beach, also at the beach you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for 18.15 euros per day, plenty good places to eat and grab some snacks, we loved Can Picafort, very good for families.

Bra läge vid strand och båthamn. Personalen var forcerad och hade inte koll på pooltiderna, så därför var den stängd när vi kom dit. Pool i annat hus och liten strand. Förväntade mig större. Det fanns inga täcken på rummet så jag var frusen på natten. Buffemiddagen var en besvikelse då den var avsevärt större o godare på JS Palma. Parkering alltid svårt att hitta i högsäsong.

Vi bodde på JS Miramar under högsäsongen. Tyvärr hade vi stora problem med en obehaglig lukt i vårt rum. Det tog två nätter innan vi blev flyttade till ett systerhotell för den sista natten. Hotellets manager var mycket hjälpsam och gjorde sitt bästa för att lösa situationen, medan receptionen tyvärr inte kändes lika engagerad. Det verkade också brista i kommunikationen med städpersonalen, som först fick försöka lösa luktproblemet utan att det hjälpte. En annan nackdel var de väldigt tunna väggarna, vi hörde i princip allt inifrån samt utanför hotellet. Som tur var ligger hotellet i ett lugnt område, vilket gjorde att det ändå fungerade hyggligt på nätterna. Det positiva är att läget är mycket bra. Hotellet ligger nära flera riktigt bra restauranger, strandpromenaden är trevlig och sandstranden är fin och lättillgänglig. Luftkonditioneringen var inte den starkaste, men den fungerade ändå acceptabelt. Som kompensation för problemen fick vi kvällsbuffé, vilket uppskattades. Frukosten var bra med ett bra utbud, men kvällsbuffén imponerade inte och är inget vi hade valt att betala extra för. Sammantaget är JS Miramar ett helt okej hotell, och det känns tryggt att ledningen faktiskt är villig att hjälpa till när problem uppstår. För vår del är dock en god natts sömn, tystare rum, modernare standard och en effektivare luftkonditionering viktiga faktorer. Därför hade vi valt ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Mega zufrieden!

Bereits die Ankunft versprach, dass es ein toller Aufenthalt werden würde. Wir wurden so freundlich begrüßt, das war eine Freude! Da unsere Anreise sich stark verzögert hatte, durften wir direkt vor dem Check-in erstmal essen, das hat mir den Abend schonmal gerettet. Das Hotel ist auch optisch total schön, die Lobby lädt zum verweilen ein und die Lage direkt erste Reihe am Meer ist unschlagbar! Nicht nur die Rezeptionistin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, sondern ausnahmslos alle Angestellten. Jeder hatte ein Lächeln für Einen, Alle waren stets hilfsbereit - und dass die Angestellten untereinander auch gern mal gescherzt haben, hat wirklich gute Laune verbreitet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, indirekter Meerblick heißt, dass man vom Balkon aus seitlich schön aufs Meer blicken kann. Vielleicht ist das Bad ein bisschen klein, aber durchaus ausreichend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles was das Herz begehrt. Spiegelei, individuelle Rührei Kreationen und Pancakes werden frisch zubereitet. Einzig der Kaffee schmeckt leider gar nicht. Das Abendessen bietet auch so viel Auswahl, dass Jeder etwas finden kann. Dort wo morgens das Rührei frisch zubereitet wird, wird abends Fisch und sporadisch auch Fleisch frisch gebrutzelt. Unsere Ausflüge haben wir auch über die Rezeption geregelt, hat super geklappt. Als Hotels.com Gold Kunde hatten wir Anspruch auf ne Flasche Sekt, nach Nachfragen bekamen wir auch diese aufs Zimmer geliefert. Wir waren wirklich mega zufrieden!

Im Ganzen war es ein netter Aufenthalt, mit gutem und abwechslungsreichen, frischen Essen aber der Service war schlecht. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant, nicht sehr hilfreiches Personal an der Rezeption, man musste sich selber um Informationen bemühen z.B. für Shuttlebusservice was eigentlich übers Hotel laufen sollte aber die Kommunikation nicht so gut miteinander geklappt hat und uns nicht weitergeholfen werden konnte. Im Restaurant wurden überpünktlich die Türen geschlossen auch wenn man noch am Essen war und bis man mit Getränken bedient wurde war man öfters schon etwas länger da und am Essen.
