Nice place. The location is good. But there was no toilet in the basic single room. Only a shower booth and the basin. I had to use the shared bathroom. If I had known about this, I would have booked for a different type of room. It was a little bit inconvenient. But it was okay.

We stayed here as a family of four with two young children. They absolutely LOVED the pods. The staff were really helpful and it was great to have the kitchen area and a communal area to eat. The location of the hotel is great as its a 2min walk to the bus stop which can take you to the falls and across the border. Loads of food, drink, shop options nearby.

I had an excellent stay here, mostly because the customer service is truly outstanding. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really goes above and beyond. The room is small, but it’s clean, modern, and brand new. Just note: the shower has a clear glass door, so there’s basically no privacy. Perfect for one person, but something to consider if you’re sharing the room. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear some noise from outside not terrible, but noticeable. The location is amazing super convenient and easy to get around. If you have the local bus card, it’s a quick walk to public transport. If not, just keep in mind you’ll likely need to use Uber to get around more comfortably. I also loved the kitchen area, where you can store your food and use the tea/coffee machine. Overall, despite the small room and minor noise, the incredible customer service, convenient location, and modern aesthetic make this a place I’d highly recommend.

A localização era muito boa, os funcionários todos gentis, mas o quarto deixou a desejar um pouco, o box do chuveiro não tem caimento para água, então fica acumulando lá enquanto você banha, além disso eles não se atentaram ao fato de que quase todo o estabelecimento é feito com madeira e por isso fede muito a madeira nova e você consegue escutar tudo dos quartos vizinhos, isso incomoda bastante.
