Was very apprehensive about staying in Lapa but after arriving I felt so much better. The hotel is in a perfect spot which made it easy to see Santa Teresa, the Lapa arches and sample local nightlife in Lapa. The staff were all so helpful and made our stay perfect. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Rio.

It’s an OK hotel. The breakfast is not great, but at least it is included. The hotel doesn’t provide shampoo or body wash, which is ridiculous in my opinion. I’d rather have basic necessities than a pool and breakfast. The location is very central and busy and there’s a lot of things around, which is nice. But it’s not the safest area.

Kind and helpful personell. Room was small an unpractical, but it worked. Toilet and shower was in a separate room in the hallway. Room was dark.. wires(looked hot-wired) stikking out from lamp. Some lamps not working. Dark in the hallway. Had to use flashlight to find my self into the room. Breakfast was good. Sketchy neighbourhood.... dirty, much traffic, people sleeping in the streets. I did not like the location at all.

Lots of noise and chaos, the room is incredibly small, the A/C you couldn’t regulate it was a straight freezer in there with no proper bed sheets to cover yourself at all. The breakfast was subpar. I took a triple room. But if you are more than one person they charge you extra per person which makes absolutely no sense since I booked a TRIPLE. Overall I feel completely scammed out of my money. The 24/7 noise

A localização do hotel é excelente pra visitar o centro histórico do Rio. Dá pra fazer tudo à pé. O hotel em si é grande, meu quarto era no anexo que parece ser novo, oposto à rua principal. Então em relação à barulho é bem silencioso. O quarto era novo e limpo. Excelente o banheiro. E água quentíssima! Minha reclamação seria sobre a cama (que para mim era o principal). São duas de solteiro juntas. Não muito confortável. Uma era mais dura que a outra, fica aquele meio claramente incomodando. Um bom pillow top provavelmente iria ajudar bastante. Fica aqui minha sugestão. No mais, o café da manhã é adequado. Não cheguei a usar a piscina, mas me pareceu boa. Para um fim de semana valeu o valor pago.
