We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Good location, staff are friendly, food at Orchid’s is delicious. Property is a bit tired looking, few things in the room are not working.

Comfortable bed, varied breakfast, pleasant communal area. Bathroom could use a refresh and didn’t quite match expectations of star rating, but it was just a one night stay and I slept well.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Even though the hotel seems dated, it does have a certain appealing charm which we enjoyed. You don’t often get to stay in the palace. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m ever back in Mysore.

Stay was excellent and house keeping staff was so amazing. Food was not great and they need to improve - brunch food was not hot at all and fresh. chicket meat was hard, sausage not fresh, fish was not freshly cooked -was rubbery, so they need to improve food big time to continue get customers to stay - no value for money in food.

This is not a 5 star property as advertised. I would rate this more as a 3-4 star. Employees are very nice and helpful though limited knowledge about tourist places in the city.
