Family trip to Binz

Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day.

the Hotel is located in a great spot. The location is quiet and easy to access. Unfortunately, the Hotel does not comply with international rating/Star system. It shows 5 Stars, but the 5 Stars relate to the German DEHOGA system and not to the International Star rating system. Rooms have no air condition; bathrooms are poorly equipped with only very basic and cheap toiletry products. The shower system was of low quality including the shower curtain. The matrass in our room were old and spent and produced back pain. The door handles, flooring, etc. showed wear and tear. Many of the working staff are foreigners with very limited German language skills (Asian and East European). The restaurant menu is very limited and not up to the proclaimed Hotel evaluation stars. This Hotel needs urgently a full restauration and improvement what the general standard is concerned.

Great stay in a wonderful location. We had a room with a fantastic view of the beach and the Baltic Sea. The room was nice, the bed was firm and great, and the bath was nice too. Breakfast was great, as was the bar. Staff overall was very service minded, professional and friendly. Can recommend.

Retour à Binz au Grand Hôtel après un premier séjour en 2024. Toujours aussi agréable. Lieu calme, Chambre avec vue sur mer confortable, salle de bain un peu vieillotte, personnel accueillant, proche de la plage et a 7 minutes à pieds du centre. On le recommande toujours .

Von uns gibt’s für das Hotel höchstens drei Sterne. Gäste, die direkt buchen, erwartet ein Sektempfang. Alle anderen nicht. ?? Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Jeder kann dort hineinfahren, da es weder eine Wechselsprechanlage oder andere Kontrollen gibt. Wir hatten für 23€ pro Tag einen Parkplatz gebucht und fanden am Anreisetag keinen. Die Klappe des Kofferraums stieß beim Öffnen an die Decke der Garage. Die Koffer brachten wir selbst ins Zimmer. Niemand wies uns ein. Das kennen wir so nicht von Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Unser Zimmer war schön groß mit Balkon. Seeseite, leider immer ohne Sonne. Im Bad gab es eine Wanne mit Dusche und Duschvorhang. Das Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, gewischt gar nicht. Mehrfach sind wir zur Rezeption um darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Schmutzige Gläser wurden abgeräumt, keine neuen hingestellt……Für etwa 300€ pro Nacht! Lobenswert war das Frühstück. Es gab eine sehr reichhaltige Auswahl. Alles war frisch. Die Strandkörbe des Hotels stehen viel zu dicht nebeneinander. In der ersten Reihe gab es keine Strandkörbe. Wir bekamen einen in der 3.Reihe von vier Reihen. Von dort war der Strand nicht mehr zu sehen. Wir sahen nur noch Körbe. Der Korb kostete trotzdem 20€ pro Tag. Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen und fahren dort auch nicht mehr hin.

Okej vistelse. Hotellet är fint, men riktigt slitet. Frukosten var bra med stort utbud av det mesta man kan tänka sig. Vi valde att äta middag på hotellet en av dagarna vilket vi ångrade. Beställde risotto som badade i gråaktig vätska när den serverades och var oätlig. Vi behövde inte betala för varmrätten men blev inte erbjudna något annat.

Fint hotell att ha som bas för att utforska Binz och Rügen. Skönt beläget i ena kanten av Binz med nära till strand, restauranger och service. Hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost och middagsbuffé (för den som väljer till det). Det enda jag skulle önska var bättre var gymmet. Det var väldigt daterat, men löpning utmed strandpromenaden eller i skogen bakom hotellet är en bra kompensation.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum wunderschön und sehr erholsam. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der traumhafte Ausblick, der den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm ruhig, sodass wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr praktisch eingerichtet, vor allem die zusätzliche Nische für Kleidung fanden wir super. Auch die Ausstattung im Bad mit Seife, Shampoo, Conditioner und Bodylotion war ein toller Pluspunkt. Ein echtes Highlight war das Frühstück: sehr lecker, frisch und mit einer tollen Auswahl – hier war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wunderbares Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und sehr guten Essen.Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand .Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten.Vom Hotel aus ist man schnell im Ort und an der Bushaltestelle wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte.Wir hatten auch das Abendessen im Hotel, welches sehr zu empfehlen ist.Für einen Kurzurlaub kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Opholdt var perfekt. Værelset med stor solrig terrasse med udsigt til hav. Velkomst med et glas bobler mens vi blev tjekket ind, fint anrettet på fad med blomst og lys. Personale hele vejen rundt smilende. Morgenmad varieret med små forskelle hver dag. På morsdag fik alle kvinder en rose da man gik til morgenmad. Parkering ubeklageligt. Alt i alt fremragende ophold.

Virkelig et skønt hotel med direkte adgang til stranden. Wellness-afdelingen indeholder pool, forskellige saunaer, frisk frugt og vand. Værelserne på hotellet er rigtig fine- vi havde udsigt udover vandet. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde halvpension og både morgenbuffet og aftensmad (4 retters menu) er lækkert og vellavet. Baren på hotellet er hyggelig med et godt udvalg af drikkevarer. Alt er i gåafstand fra hotellet. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.
