Booked for parents. They had a lovely stay. Really comfortable room and spotlessly clean. Receptionist so kind and patient in helping them with contacting family members when they had mobile phone network problems. Excellent location. Very central and walking distance to shops, restaurants , activities etc.

The room was spotless ,, and Taylor at reception was fantastic. Made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Mark in the bar was amazing and makes fantastic Cocktails. We will definitely stay again.

Det negativa: Enbart Continental frukost, tex fanns inga ägg. Hotellet debiterade rummen två gånger, en gång i förväg flera dagar innan ankomst och sedan en gång till vid incheckningen. Enligt bokningen skulle betalningen ske vid ankomst till hotellet. Dåliga rutiner? Hotellet erbjuder daglig städning, men vårt rum städades inte, Efter att vi påtalade detta fick vi nya handdukar, men ingen städning. Det positiva: Bra läge på hotellet, fina rum med sköna sängar, bra badrum. Trevlig bar.

Breakfast was beautifully done each morning. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They give great advice on places to eat, etc. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Amazing, excellent hotel we will definitely return to soon!
