We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and felt safe. The pool was a huge hit with my kids, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. I loved that it was only about a 10-minute drive to Gulf Shores, so we could enjoy the beach without paying beachfront prices. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, which made everything convenient. We had a 3 day stay and never once was the room cleaned. No trash was removed. We had to go to front desk for towels 2 nights and was told to gather our dirty towels, put in a trash bag and leave outside the door. We also told them body wash container was empty but it never was refilled. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Housekeeping was nonexistent.
