This stay at Hotel Ambrosia has been an incredible respite. The breakfast is amazing and it is wonderful to be right on the beach. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. It's also right on the boardwalk for exercise, so it's easy to visit cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs all along Bitez beach. The interior is a bit retro roccoco, but in general, the hotel far exceeded my expectations and you get a lot considering the reasonable rate. Do not believe any of the negative reviews. I had not read the reviews until after I booked, so I was concerned at first when I read a few negative ones, but when I got here, I realized that the hotel has been upgraded and that they may have been written by other business owners in the area who are competing for business. Anyway, this was all around a really relaxing escape.

Not worth the money! The sea is blurry and sandy and very shallow. The staff is clueless and very unprofessional. The restaurant at the beach is very mediocre, They served an unripened avocado as avocado toast once, it was like plastic. The chef apologized for it eventually but they shouldn’t have served it in the first place. Most of the staff was clueless all around the hotel, except for the night receptionist who was helpful. The happy hour at the beach is between 3-6 pm, extremely loud with Turkish and Arabic music selection. Last but not least my room stunk with smell coming from the toilet, they fixed it the same day. Overall horrible experience, won’t be back.

Place to go in future but not now

Hotel was under the new management and construction was still going on. When it is done it will be a top 5 start hotel to go to in Bitez next to the beach. Unfortunately lots of things were happening, we did not want to waste our 4 days stay dealing with those areas. However we will definitely go there coming years.

Genel olarak güzel bir tatildi deniz suyunun bazı yerleri balçıklıydı ama balıklar bile görünüyordu çocuklar için ideal derin değil. Bazen kahvaltıda bardaklar çatallar temiz değildi. Kahvaltıda yeterli çeşit var doyuluyor havuzu 1.40 cm ve çok klor kokusu yok bu güzeldi ama genelde yer bulmak zor oluyor denizde böyle bir sıkıntı yok personel ilgiliydi memnun kaldık

El hotel es muy lindo y tranquilo. El bufet de la mañana estuvo muy rico y completo. La habitación tenía algunos problemas como que todo el baño se inundaba al bañarse y la luz del baño hacia mucho ruido. La playa es super linda y tranquila pero esta muy sucio hay muchos micro plásticos, me parece que el hotel podría rastrillar la playa ya que te encuentras en el mar popotes y pequeños plásticos. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el spa. Reservamos este hotel porque anunciaba tener cancha de volleyball de playa y resulto que no había.

Oda temiz ve genel olarak otel oldukça güzel. Ancak odamızın tuvaletinden ciddi anlamda kötü, pis su kokusunu andıran bir koku geliyordu. Bu konunun kesinlikle kontrol edilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Çalışanlar ise gerçekten çok tatlı, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle mutfak şefi Hanife Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kahvaltıda kendisinden rica ettiğim için normalde menüde olmayan çılbırı benim için hazırladı. Güler yüzü ve ilgisi gerçekten çok kıymetliydi. Resepsiyonda ismini bilmediğim, küpeli beyefendi de konaklamamız boyunca çok yardımcı oldu; kendisine de teşekkür ederim. Bunun dışında otelin bazı konularda kendini geliştirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle konaklayan misafirlerin genel profili, otelin kalitesiyle maalesef pek örtüşmüyordu. Bu kadar güzel bir otelin misafir kalitesi açısından bu seviyeye düşmüş olması açıkçası üzücü. Kahvaltıda ürün çeşitliliği oldukça yetersizdi ve otelin sorumluluğunda olan ürünlerin kalitesini de maalesef yeterli bulmadım. Özellikle peynir ve sosis gibi ürünlerin tadı ve kalitesi kesinlikle geliştirilmeli. Kahvaltı konusunda daha özenli ve kaliteli bir sunum beklerdim. Plaj kısmında ise müzik sesi oldukça yüksek ve rahatsız ediciydi. Müzik seçimleri de maalesef oldukça kötüydü; dinlenmek ve keyif yapmak isteyen biri için rahatsız edici bir atmosfer oluşturabiliyor. Son olarak barda iki adet kokteyl sipariş ettim ve hayatımda içtiğim en kötü kokteyller arasındaydı.

Bir kaç olumsuz yorum yüzünden çok çekinerek gittiğimiz bir oteldi. Ancak iyi ki olumsuz yorumlara itibar etmemişiz. Otelin konumu harikaydı. Önünden merkeze minibüsler gidiyordu. Otelin mimarisi de harikaydı girişte çok gösterişli bir lobi. Çalışanları yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Tek olumsuz yanı güvenlikler. God beliggenhed til strand

Hotellet virker noget slidt. Der mangler service fra medarbejderne, ved poolen var der ingen service. Stranden var beskidt og ikke ok. Meget fin morgenbuffet, aftensbuffet under standard og a la carte var under standard, vi fik serveret surt kød. Man kunne mærke at personalet var ved at være trætte efter en lang sæson.

Tæt på stranden. Fine ude faciliteter

Ved ankomst til hotellet kunne vi ikke pakke ud da skabslågerne ikke kunne åbnes. Vi fik en service medarbejder til at kigge på det men han sagde han ikke kunne lave det. Det blev ikke ordnet under hele opholdet så vi måtte bruge kufferterne som skab under hele opholdet. Ligeledes var der telefon på badeværelset som er sat sammen med tape hvilket resulterede i at dén skildtes af da vi kom i berøring med den da ledningen på hårtørrreren ( som virkede ) kom imod telefonen. Køleskabet var det ikke meget køligt ved. Ellers var det udmærket.

Otel balkon haricinde iyidi. Belirtilen notta balkon özellikle belirtilmişti fakat balkon yaklaşık 60 cm idi. Bu konuyu hotels.com un başarısızlığı olarak görüyorum. Belirtmeme rağmen değişen birşey yoksa Hotels.com a da aslında pek gerek yok. Kısacası otel görevini yaptı ama Hotels.com sınıfta kaldı bana göre.
