The staff were extremely cooperative, kind, and helpful. I arrived at the hotel around 12:00 midnight, and although the restaurant normally closes at 11:00 PM with limited staff and food options, the front desk team patiently understood my situation. When I explained that I had booked a half-board package and needed dinner, they contacted the manager and kindly arranged a freshly prepared dinner within 30 minutes. I truly appreciate their excellent hospitality, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my request. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service.

The Best Hotel In Bangalore!

Fantastic location - just 20 mins from the exhibition centre. Just the best staff - especially the breakfast manager & his team, and the bar staff - but actually all the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent rooms, food just superb, and facilities top notch… thank you for an excellent stay!
