10/10 Exceptional

Extremely happy with our stay, after 6 long hours of travelling all my wife & I wanted was to shower & relax. I was surprised we had access in all channels on Sky (including Sports) & paid streaming services e.g Netflix, Disney.. so I was very content watching the Sports channels. We both had a wonderful sleep, the double bed was very comfortable.

2/10 Poor

Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise
