This hotel was perfect for our one night stay with a group attending the Olavinlinna Opera Festival. The location was perfect-close to all the best things in Savonlinna. Only a 10 minute walk to the castle. There was good off street parking for our 9 passenger van. The staff were so nice & extremely helpful. We ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel & they were able to accommodate the vegetarians and those with food allergies in our group. We will definitely be back! We have done many day trips to Savonlinna, but we will plan to stay overnight again & hopefully will stay more than one night. Savonlinna is delightful and Hotelli Savonlinna was also great!

Olimme vaimon kanssa 2 yötä hotellissa, viimmeinen aamiainen meni vihkoon. Ilmeisemmin henkilökunta ei osannut varautua aamias väkimäärään, suurin osa ruuista oli loppu kokoajan. Tunnin odotus niin sai jotenkin aamiaisen syötyä. Ensimmäinen aamiainen meni todella hyvin.

Aamiaisella kaipasimme pekonia ja lettuja, meidän perheen ykkössuosikit. Aamiaiskulhot saisi myös täyttää vähän ripeämmin, nythän saisi odottaa täydennystä. Appelsiinimehu oli loppunut, marjajogurtti oli loppunut, pullapalat loppuivat eikä tullut lisää.... Huone erittäin siisti ja puhdas ja se oli upea kokemus! Vastaanottohenkilö erittäin ystävällinen. Pysäköinti järjestyi hyvin.

Vähän harmiti, ettei lounasbuffasta saatukaan alennusta (huomattiin se myöhemmin avainkortista) automaattisesti, vaikka hetkeä aiemmin kirjauduttiin sisälle. Huone oli neljännessä kerroksessa ja hissi rikki. Onneksi jalka vielä nousee :) Kiva, pikkuinen hotelli. Helppo suositella. Koirapeti huoneessa oli yllätys.

Tulimme Oopperajuhlille ja hotellin sijainti oli loistava Olavinlinnaan nähden. Huone oli pelkistetty, mutta siisti ja aivan riittävä. Yöllä liikenteen melu kuului selvästi. Se vähän häiritsi. Aamiainen oli ihan perus, mutta herkullinen. Henkilökunta paikan päällä oli välitöntä ja ystävällistä. Sitä samaa toivoisin myös puhelimessa asioitaessa (esim. "Tervetuloa!" on kiva tapa lopettaa puhelu. Vink vink 😉). Kaiken kaikkiaan siisti ja viehättävä hotelli, ainakin yhden yön majoitukseen.
