Great location for this historic hotel. Although there is parking behind the hotel it is not included in the room price and is expensive. The breakfast buffet was average. They ran out of the fresh loaves of bread and did not replenish them.

They told me I could park through the hotel at a parking but obviously I couldn’t since I got a very expensive parking ticket! One person from staff said yes when I checked in and another said no when checking out, terrible!

Vi havde 2 overnatninger. Badeværelset var meget lille, og iskoldt. Håndklæderne kunne slet ikke tørre derude. Ingen hylder til tøj, men kun 1 bøjlestang. Der var ikke så man kunne lave en kop kaffe på værelset, men man kunne købe i foyeren til 60 kr. pr. kop. Rigtig gode senge.

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt på Torvet og tæt på søen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder og tæt på hyggelige restauranter. Kommunikationen med hotellet var god og personalet var serviceminded og venligt. Værelser var stort og rent men ikke så godt udstyret. Brusebadet var bag et forhæng i det meget lille badeværelse, hvilket betyder, at alt bliver vådt ved badning. Generelt trænger hotellet til en opgradering og modernisering (elevatoren sad fast anden gang vi brugte den, så det turde vi ikke mere; det krævede en fysisk nøgle at få adgang til værelset; senge og dyner/puder trænger til udskiftning; og specielt badeværelset var under almindelige forventninger)

Nedslidt hotel som er alt alt for dyrt prissat. Kan tilslutte mig de andre dårlige anmeldelser om trist morgenmad bestående af de billigste morgenmadsprodukter. Intet er hjemmelavet. Skuffende og uforståeligt. Superiordobbeltværelse renset fra basale faciliteter såsom vandkoger og the/kaffesæt, og der var små poser med billig sæbe til bad, som man i øvrigt selvfølgelig løb tør for og ikke fik opfyldt af personalet... (boede der tre dage). Man fornemmer spareiveren fra hotellets ledelse og man bliver i elevatoren påmindet om de dyre elpriser og at man skal slukke fjernsynet osv. Ingen air-con hvilket er ok, men personalet havde den frækhed at afvise at stille en ventilator til rådighed til de varme nætter, og jeg kan se at jeg ikke er den eneste, der har efterspurgt dette.... Skandaløst. Værelsets listepris er tær på 2000 DKK!!! Eneste positive er belligenheden. Også sengen var god. Kan ikke anbefales.
