Hospedei-me por recomendação de meu irmão e tive uma ótima impressão do apartamento: bem decorado, limpo, aconchegante e silencioso, além da excelente comodidade proporcionada pelo acesso direto ao shopping. O único ponto realmente desabonador foi a postura do porteiro, que se mostrou extremamente grosseiro e utilizou uma linguagem inadequada, com expressões chulas e incompatíveis com o padrão do empreendimento. Independentemente de eventual equívoco cometido pelo hóspede, seja na chegada ou na saída, é inadmissível que um colaborador se dirija a alguém daquela maneira. Uma conduta completamente destoante da qualidade e do alto padrão oferecidos pelo restante da experiência.

Apartamentos bem arrumados, amplos e limpos. Ser anexo ao shopping é um diferencial. Academia boa! 2 pontos ruins: rua onde fica localizado o prédio é muito barulhenta; passa carros o dia todo. Mas eles disponibilizam tapa-ouvidos. A fechadura eletrônica dava muito mal contato e tínhamos que tentar a senha várias vezes para conseguir entrar no apartamento.

Contato virtual com o responsável poderia melhorar. Localização do apto boa, rápido acesso ao shopping. Apto amplo e agradável, porém precisa de um pouco de manutenção. O que mais nos desagradou foi a completa ausência de vedação nas janelas e sacada, era possível ouvir o barulho de carros e até de pessoas conversando na rua. Resultado: não tivemos nenhuma noite boa de sono.
