Nice hotel, small room,I was placed on a smoke floor with no option of moving to another floor. Staff very accommodating. Love that it was walking distance to the subway.

Check-in was fast and easy. The breakfast menu was small but good and healthy. Drink selection was limited but was not bad. The room was small but clean and tidy. Walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next door were very noisy till late at night. Easy walking distance to the Nishi-Kasai station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby (sadly most shops close by 10pm).
