Great location but rooms to roadside could be noisey. Access, check-in, and comms v good and clear. Room as expected and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the fire alarm system went off just after 7 in the morning and every footstep in the room above can be heard.

It was nice place.. modern and in good condition my only note is they need better cleaning the rooms that really important just tiny but more cleaning other than that its good. Its located in a really active street so you could hear noises from the street time to time but not from the rooms which I really like (I hate thin walls).

Overall my stay was fine. And when I arrived, the housekeeping staff was so sweet, and helped me get my luggage all the way to my room on the top floor. Otherwise, I was disappointed. Housekeeping was not offered during my 3-night stay, so coffee, drinking water, and towels weren’t replenished. Also, the WiFi was out for an entire day… which inhibited me from working remotely from my room. Lastly, the shower was disappointing as well, no water pressure, and the hot water took like 10-15 minutes to start working. I would not recommend anyone else stay here, and would not stay here again.

The property itself was great & for a reasonable price. The fact that there was street parking was a plus. The neighborhood itself was dirty & had a lot of graffiti. There is nothing the property owners can do about the neighborhood however.

We got there and were essentially shook down. A man knocked on our door late at night and demanded we pay. When I said I would pay through Hotels.com he said no and said we had to pay through cash or PayPal. He was very aggressive and quite honestly, it was a somewhat scary experience as he was essentially blocking us in our room until we paid.
