Completely surprised by this hotel expecting just a nights sleep in a ‘business hotel’ it was a true gem … the beds are super comfortable, staff really friendly and welcoming even at our late hour arrival and the menu choice at such a late hour was super.

4/10 Fair

The hotel was very quiet so thought the guests would experience a more positive experience. On arrival we weren't welcomed at all just met with a very unfriendly, non smiley person on the check in desk (man with black beard in a suit), no information about what time breakfast was etc, no 'welcome to the Haston, nothing not even a smile. Totally wrong position for him to be in front of house. However Victoria in the bar area, young girl was so lovely and made the best lemonades. She more than made up for the bad experience. Even when leaving the same man was there as we checked out, no questions about did we enjoy our stay, was everything ok for us, normal questions asked at any hotel. Nothing not even a goodbye. I hope that if management are reading this review they speak with the individual I am referring too and give him some training in customer service. If he is management I don't hold out much hope for your hotel.

Pokoje duże i cicha klima. Jedyny mankament to trochę brudne wykładziny.
