On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who made us feel welcome. We were shown up to our room, a bit on the small side but air-conditioning worked perfectly. My biggest gripe was the room was not made up during the time we were there, and towels not changed. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The breakfast could have been better very basic and had to ask for cups and milk every morning.

Loved our stay. The customer service was amazing, especially Suleyman who was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was so relaxing. Great location as well. We would definitrly stay again if we visit Bodrum.

It is in Gümbet. We were able to walk everywhere. (Granted we walk 10+ miles a day). For us the location was comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with AC. Good breakfast. I thought the prices were very reasonable for April 2026. I definitely recommend it.

Genel olarak güleryüzlü personel dışında pek memnun ayrılmadık. Odamızda eksikler vardı. Fön makinesi eksikti, klima kumandamız yoktu, terlik bulunmuyordu, klozet içerisi çok paslanmıştı. Plaj sonrası kıyafetlerimizi asacak bir askı veya alan yoktu. Kahvaltıda ise malesef döneceğimiz gün dünden kalanlar servis edilmişti. En memnun kaldığımız Mutfakta ki görevli abi çok güler yüzlüydü. Bizimle çok ilgilendi ve yardımcı oldu kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Otel genel olarak temiz ve düzenli. Klimalar çalışıyor. Kahvaltısı fena değil aç kalmazsınız ama çok mükemmel de değil. Odaların içleri yeni yapılı. Havuz güzel. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever biz demeden bizim için havuz kapanış saatini yarım saat ertelediler kahvaltı bitmesine bir kaç dakika kalmış olmasına rağmen eksik kahvaltılıkları tamamladılar yataklar rahat otelim önünde 6 8 araçlık park edilebilecek yer de var bunlar güzel şeyler. Fakat tek bir kötü şey var ki her güzelliği götürüyor. O da rutubet. O nem kokusu iğrenç. Banyonun sürgülü kapısı direk yatağa doğru açılıyor havalandırması da yetersiz suyun tahliyesi de doğru yapılmamış sürekli ıslak banyo kurumuyor oda iğrenç bir rutubet kokuyor cam açsan da fayda etmiyor. 101 -104 arası odaların hepsinde aynı sorun olduğunu düşünüyorum üst kattakileri bilemem. Bu otel nasıl bu kadar yüksek puan aldı aklım ermiyor. Günün sonunda bir otel herşeyden önce insanın rahat uyuyabilmesi için var ve rutubet kokusundan nemden uyuyamadıktan sonra geri kalanların hiçbir önemi kalmıyor. Odaları görmeden sakın satın almayın.

19 Temmuzda 1 gün kaldım. Genel olarak idare eder. Klima çalırken şu ısıtıcısını çalıştırdım. Sigorta attı . Sordum böyle oluyormuş. Mini buzdolabı suyu soğutmuyor. O da öyleymiş. Kullan at terlikler yoktu. Diğer özellikler normaldi. Kahvaltı idare eder. Kahve makinası için. Porselen kahve fincanı veya karton bardak ortalıkta yoktu. Park yeri yol üstünde biraz arnırsa bulunuyor. Havuzunu ben kullanmadım. Resepsiyonda ki Personel olumlu. Fiyat oda performansı makul. Ben uygulama üzerinden rezervasyon yaptım. Bir kaç günlüğüne gelsem yine tercih edebilirim.

Bodrum’un en guzel butik otellerinden biri diyebilirim. Sakin sessiz ve odalari genisti. Bulundugu bolgeden dolayi tereddut ediyorduk fakat sokak ve konum olarak cok memnun kaldik. Ayrica otelde karsilamada calisan Gülden hanim cok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar tesekkur ederiz.
