My favorite hostel in the city so far. They need a second fridge badly, way too many guests for one fridge. Bathroom shower needs hooks for clothes and towels and mats for the floor which is a small lake, my only complaints.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. They stored my luggage as I decided to visit a nearby town. The room next to the street can get very noise at night and weekends. Restroom cleaning can improved by doing a daily deep clean because there were a lot of folks staying. But also guest should clean after themselves to keep the restrooms clean.

My stay was fine. The beds were standard comfy and had the usual spot for your chargers and the lockers were big. I felt safe at the hostel but the cleaning and showers - omg. Never seen so much hair and stains in toilets! I saw cleaners frequently but the bathrooms were always disgusting! There were no bins in the showers or by the sinks so people left their contacts, floss and rubbish everywhere! The showers were designed by an idiot. The doors didn’t close and the shower heads couldn’t be adjusted enough so the entire room flooded every time and the tiles weren’t laid so the water could flow to the drain. I’m talking inches of water covering the entire floor. Every time. I slipped twice. And there was no where to put your toiletries and room key to be kept dry during your shower! The kitchen and fridge were disgusting. Mould in the fridge and freezer and the kitchen was dirty. Also the social areas kinda sucked. The wifi was great though. In a pinch, this hostel is fine for a few days but I wouldn’t recommend.

Me he quedado en varios hoteles de la cadena y este es el peor de todos, la ubicación parece buena pero está en una calle muy sucia y todo el tiempo hay ruido, reservamos una habitación privada y teníamos que lidiar con el ruido de la calle y además los de recepción que parece que tienen fiesta toda la noche, suben y bajan corriendo las escaleras, además llegamos después del concierto un día súper largo y cansados y no nos dejaron prepararnos unas maruchan que porque “la cocina estaba cerrada” y nos negaron agua para beber; el peor hostal en el que me he hospedado y jamás regresaré… en el hostal Mx casa centro después de un concierto nos prepararon las maruchan super serviciales y aquí nos negaron hasta el acceso a agua a media madrugada ah y aparte q nos dormimos así con hambre en la mañana quisimos prepararlas y NO HABÍA GAS, que tipo de hostal es ese? Horrendo

Estuve en la habitación 203, muy limpia y amplia, la cama bastante cómoda y con cierta privacidad, tiene entrada USB para cargar el teléfono. Se accesa solo con llave. Hay lockers para guardar el equipaje, recomiendo llevar un candado, en algunas habitaciones los lockers están afuera de la habitación y en otras están adentro. Hay área de cocina con refrigerador y utensilios básicos para cocinar. Las regaderas tienen agua caliente, recomiendo llevar una bolsa para que no se mojen las cosas mientras uno se baña, la bolsa de puede colgar en la puerta de la regadera por fuera, te dan toalla. Los sanitarios están la mayor parte del tiempo limpios, en general el lugar está muy bien cuidado, el personal de limpieza, mantenimiento y recepción muy bien. La ubicación excelente, cerca del metro Allende, la zona se ve muy segura, anduve de noche sin problema.
