Our 2nd stay at this property during a 2 week vacation. Great location. Love the Juliet balcony.

I rented one of the studios. The location of the building was great. The only issue that I had was that the AC unit wasn't working properly, so I contacted management, and the next day they fixed the issue. Thank you to Esther for promptly answering and helping with the issue. The studio was decent; the location was the caviar.

Room was not the cleanest, but the location was amazing! Room has a small kitchenette which was really useful and also a fridge. Communication from the property was great too!

Lovely room in a great location a few minutes from Sol. Great to have a fridge and kitchenette. Quiet and comfortable but the only downside is the very small shower and delicate doors which you had to manoeuvre very carefully to stop them falling off. There are quite a lot of steps but thankfully there is a small lift. A lovely stay - we would stay here again.

Fantastic central location! Room itself was clean. The kitchenette was nice (made breakfast couple of times...) stores and restaurants abound! Quiet room a +. Shower small, but efficient. Would definitely stay again if I Madrid.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, and in very easy walking distance to a number of interesting places. The WiFi signal wasn’t very good, so we had issues with internet connection, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.
