Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Pool gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich und auch für einen Urlaub mit Kindern bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hôtel Melia Mansour ⚠️ Ne vous fiez pas du tout aux commentaires élogieux sur cet hôtel. La réalité sur place est complètement différente et il faut vraiment y être pour le voir. Dans les chambres, le climatiseur fuit et goutte de l'eau partout, et il n'y a qu'une seule prise électrique disponible pour toute la chambre. Les couloirs sont extrêmement sales et une forte odeur d'humidité Côté restauration, c'est tout simplement zéro : la nourriture est sans goût et il n'y a aucun choix. Le snack est tout aussi mauvais, blindé uniquement de pâtes et de pizzas de basse qualité. Quant au café des machines, il n'a absolument aucun goût ni aucune saveur. Le service est totalement absent et le personnel est vraiment désagréable et non professionnel. Les serveurs ne pensent qu'à débarrasser les tables sans jamais vous aider à en trouver une. Vous devez chercher une table vous-même, courir derrière un serveur pour qu'il la nettoie, puis lui courir après à nouveau pour espérer avoir une bouteille d'eau. Enfin, l'animation est au niveau zéro, un programme totalement ringard resté bloqué dans les années 80 avec toujours les mêmes activités sans aucune ambiance. C'est un hôtel beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est. Si j'avais su, en rajoutant seulement 500 ou 600 dinars de plus, j'aurais pu aller dans un hôtel bien supérieur et passer de vraies vacances. Expérience extrêmement décevante, je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Séjour en août pour 4 nuits en chambre familiale vue mer. Première nuit gros bémol, la chambre n'est pas du tout vue mer, le ménage de la salle de bain laissait à desirer ( cheveux dans la douche) , réclamation faite le soir même à la réception de l hôtel, cela a été pris en charge . Pas manque de disponibilité d hébergements , nous avons eu une hébergement plus petit mais de meilleur qualité le lendemain. Et au bout de 48h de séjour , nous avons enfin pu avoir la chambre que nous avons initialement réservée. Ce que nous avons apprécié c'est la réactivité du personnel, leur amabilité et leur professionnalisme qui dénote de la réalité de l état des hébergements ( ils doivent composer avec des hébergements rénovés et des hébergements qui ne le sont pas). Ce qui fait que nous avons attribué la note de l'hébergement comme" satisfaisant" pour refléter la moyenne des 3 hébergements testées. Au niveau du service de manière globale , c'est très satisfaisant

Contrairement au premier séjour ,et revenant,en moins de 15j,on a été 4 personnes .. Acceuil et attributions des chambres pas très professionnel j avais le droit aux plus anciennes chambres vue débarras jardinage! 320 et 332 Vieux sanitaires! Portes et fenêtre ne ferment pas! Lit double non dispo ( 2 lits simples , sympa pour un couple😂 Pas de coffre fort dans l une des 2h chambres Prises défectueuses! A signaler la qualité satisfaisante du restaurant , personnel très sympa ,sauf qq incidents discriminatoire, à la tête des clients parfois 😳
