The location was beautiful and the locally stabled horses were stunning to look at. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the breakfast was amazing. Location to BP Pulse arena was fantastic, quick 15 min walk but not through busy town roads or crowded footpaths, down a lovely country lane very peaceful.

We needed somewhere close to the NEC, and I found this gem of stay. Super comfortable beds and cosy accomodation. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Millie was helpoful with local knowledge which made our stay even easier, I would happily book again for next year.

Needed an overnight stay for the airport, very cosy and quiet. Would definitely use again, only 5 mins from airport parking, far better than a travelodge

Beautiful property and accommodating host.

This is a beautiful British British farmhouse and exactly what I hoped for when booking last minute. The host was fantastic and breakfast and accomodations were remarkable. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Oasis

Loved staying in the converted stable and seeing the horses directly outside in their stables. Like a little oasis but close to the arena . Breakfast was excellent , beds comfortable and friendly host.

Welcoming and comfortable.

A countryside BnB, extremely convenient for the NEC and Birmingham Airport. Camilla is a most welcoming host and we had a very comfortable stay, with a fantastic full English breakfast. We were so pleased to find Church Farm. Thank you Camilla😊

Lovely room ,very clean. very close to airport but planes stop at night so sleep not affected. Walking distance to BPpulse & Resorts World. Recommend you walk if weather is good & don't try to get an Uber after the show , they are useless. Camilla the host is lovely. Breakfast was good too. Recommend this as a place to stay.

We had an enjoyable stay for one night, we was due to fly the morning after, early, so it was convenient, only 5 mins drive away. Parking is fine on the courtyard, room had a kettle with coffee and teas, tv. You can see and hear the planes coming over but I liked that, the area is lovely, you can walk to the nec, it’s about 10 mins away. I would definitely stay again if I was flying from Birmingham.

Church view farm

A lovely place to stay, our room was very cozy and clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was very good. What you have to take into consideration is, it is a working farm so not everything is going to be squeaky clean. I enjoyed my time there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

6/10 Good

B&B not hotel

Stopped here for 1 night, room was nice and clean but it is a B&B and not a hotel. The host was lovely and breakfast was awesome but bed was hard, TV didn't work and was a good 1.5 miles away from anywhere else i.e. pub or such for an evening meal. On a plus point it is walkable from both NEC and the international railway station (30 mins or so)
