Room was fine. It met our needs and budget for pet friendly accommodation. The stove was extremely clean, likely because there were no pots or pans or bakeware.

The staff were sweet genuine people. It's not the Ritz but they gave me a nice place for the night with my dog , at a reasonable price. I will return next year.

The whole property is run down and not kept properly. The carpets are old and smelly. There’s an old tobacco smell. When we went to the room assigned to us our allergies started acting up and there was no safety lock in the room. It looked like it had been removed. We went back to the reception desk, but nobody was there. Also called the phone that was posted on the door, but no one answered. We just left a message that we were leaving and left the keys in the box. Very disappointed that Expedia suggested this place. Fortunately we Found something cheaper and much better.

Take your own pots and pans as well as garbage bags. Last day of my stay I saw mice in my room and could not sleep all night long. Its a good location and during check in the person on the desk was very nice. But overall the motel is very old, run down, smelly, dirty and looks shady. The kitchen and bathroom had no vents! Fire alert! Also no microwave and no dishwaher. The walls shake when neighbours slam/open doors, 0 security - I would not bring small children here. Our 2 bedroom suite only had AC in one room, it was terribly hot at night and we could not open balcony as there were so many bugs all over the place and NO housekeeping at all. Cobwebs everywhere and smells of piss. Rates were reasonable, but hygene was a BIG issue. If your prepared to "rough-it" and ready to face rodents/etall go ahead - otherwise spend a bit more and go for a better equipped motel closer by. Area has many amenities, awesome beaches, shopping and hiking.

Staff was friendly. But this is simply an old, run down facilty that needs a lot of work. Rooms had the bare bones amenities. It appears to be more of a long term stay type of place. I think many of the guest lived there. Walls are very thin, and you could hear all the conversations (though there was lots of yelling) through the walls and doors. The smell in the room was STRONG. Powerful scent from some type of disinfectantor deodroizong spray i believe. Had to open all windows every time we went in to the room to alleviate the smell. Its one of the cheapest options in a tourist area. You get what you pay for. Staff were great, but the friendliness only takes you so far when the place is in such bad shape. But hey, it was dry, there was power and hot water. The money I saved on the rooms (which we really only used for sleeping and getting ready to go out) was used towards some nice dinners and shopping.
