Way better from what I expected. It’s an old building, but well preserved. Bed was comfy and decent. One of the best hotel check-in. The walls are quite thin though . We could hear the next room guest stomping around. The only down side was there were some black mold on the shower walls.

Room was clean. There was no staff on property, but the directions we were sent were easy to follow. It was really cold in the room, then really hot. We couldn’t figure out how to use the temp remote. Great location. We never found the parking lot recommended in the room key card. Overall, great location d you’re staying a night or two! Was the staff helpful? What staff! Never saw anyone and when I called the number for help before checking in, I pushed the # for English. It didn’t help. Just French. Tub was tiny and slippery. No ice machine. No phone. No services period. Limited channels on the tv. Ceiling looked like it might give way at any time. Building is super old and it shows. Great location. No complaints on not having parking, I get that is old QC. I have multiple families looking at this location for late Nov., I told them to cancel and go elsewhere.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for Quebec city centre but we were unhappy with the service. There were no staff on site for much of the time we were there. Maintenance problems were not dealt with. Any references to ‘limited available parking’ or breakfast proved tendentious. There was no parking and there was no breakfast at the hotel.

It's good for a short stay in Quebec City. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. The room was clean and the pressure was good in the shower. The box spring mattress was not the most comfortable. There is no staff, which was perfectly fine for us, but keep that in mind if that's not what you're looking for.

This is the first time we use a virtual reception. But all is good since you can just run across the street at Acadia Hotel if you have questions. And the staff there is very helpful. Parking is not very clear. They should have map out the parking area. If there is an available parking spot at the back, they should have put a sign or save a spot for the guests. But other than that, all is good. It’s a good walk to the garage parking. Everything else is close by. We had a good walk around the area.

This was a decent place to stay. Rooms were quite small but we were only there to sleep anyway. A few notes if you are going to stay there - in the 2 seperate rooms we were in the sink is not in the bathroom, it is right beside the bed. Not a problem for us but maybe tor some. Also there is no front desk or staff at the hotel, but just about 50 metres away is the sister hotel Acadia. If you have any needs/concerns you can go there and they will glady assist ie- luggage storage, key problems, ice... Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location just inside walled part of old town which allowed easy access to things in city outside of the old part .
