8/10 Very good

The Hilton Gardens was clean and well maintained. The reason I did not give it five stars was because the front desk concierge, Jessica was so off-putting when we arrived. In my purchase I had bought the breakfast option and when I asked her about it, even though it is marketed as breakfast buffet, she particularly made a point of saying you can have a ONE go around. She said it in such a parental, demeaning way that I felt like I couldn't even push back. I asked in the morning after breakfast and the day manager apologized. It was just super off-putting to be staying at a Hilton and be treated that way.
