Location was excellent work walking to arch and trolley. Food and shops right out your front door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Helped us with our luggage taxi to airport and little treats at front desk highly recommend this hotel.

In the heart of it all, yet quiet. Small but nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly. Do have to climb one floor before there is elevator access

8/10 Very good

Room was clean and comfortable. Considering the hotel is based on Lisbon’s Main Street, it was very quiet with good sound proofing. Bed was comfy. Breakfasts were decent too. The only negatives were the bathrooms were a little small and the shower temperature varied from time to time. The hairdryer also got very hot and hair took ages to dry. I would stay here again though just for the location alone, you can’t get any better.

We had an excellent stay. The location is fantastic, the property is extremely clean, the room was comfortable and the AC was great on the really hot days. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would definitely come back.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location for a Lisbon short trip. Rooms very practical and provided all I needed - staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation

The location is the best in Lisbon. You step out the front door and you are right in the middle of the action, with restaurants and shops everywhere. You will have to survive the stairs up to the lobby, but the staff is beyond helpful and the rooms (though pretty small) are very nice. If I ever get back to Lisbon, this is where I will be staying.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. Living quarters are tight, especially the steep staircase up to the rooms. For someone just looking for a place to sleep this works perfectly.

The rooms are small but comfortable, in the heart of Lisboa, easy to get everywhere. The staff was amazing, great suggestions and they even gave my girlfriend a cake on her birthday. Really amazing stay, highly recommend, hope to be back soon.
A nice little cake for her birthday, completely unexpected and wonderful
Right in the heart of it all.
Beautiful streets below the hotel.
Out my window, nice double pain windows so it was quiet when we needed it to be.

The location of the property is unbeatable! The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The property is on a small building so rooms as very small, manageable but small. Because of the location and the staff I would stay here again! At the end of the day you only use the room to sleep!

Well located with friendly staff, however the room was on the small size with little natural ventilation

Quaint boutique Hotel located on a very popular street with lots of shopping food and entertainment. The staff were extremely helpful with the itinerary we had as well as showing us where to eat how to take the train and where to catch the bus. even though it’s on a busy street our room was quiet and dark so as to give a good night sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again in the future.

Staff were fantastic upon checking in. The welcome snacks and drink were a great touch. The room was clean with good amenities, although on the smaller side.

The staff made the incremental difference. Shout out to Stephanie. Not a hotel for hanging out in the room but fantastic location for getting out and about.
