The hotel is in a great location for exploring Venice, right by a Vaporetto stop and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square and a great place to wander from. Our room was on the top floor, very spacious and clean. I think there are probably other rooms that have a better aspect (but we didn’t pay for that!) The hotel staff were very friendly & breakfast was plentiful & fresh with good coffee. All in all a pleasant stay.

Beautifully decorated and clean room. Very quiet and comfortable although unable to turn down heating in room. The safe in the room was not working and I raised this with reception but they were unable to fix. Several lights and the fan in the bathroom were also not working.
