8/10 Very good

Great staff; noisy road

Staff was really really helpful and friendly (and English-speaking). My only negative is that the road outside is INCREDIBLY noisy: if you’re there in summer, request a back-facing room on the 3rd floor. We had to switch rooms it was so bad. That said, there’s like only 2 hotels in Winnenden, so you don’t have a lot of choice. The rooms were good for the inexpensive price.

2/10 Poor

They charged double and they didn't pay it back

They charged double for my one night stay but by mistake. Then I have contacted with hotels.com customer service and hotel directly, they agreed to pay it back but more than 2 months nothing paid.

Für 1 Nacht ok

Geht so. Zimmer ok.

Sehr schade.

6/10 Good

gutes Hotel an lauter Straße
