A noite , após as 23h cozinha fecha, hotel poderia ter uma forma de servir uma pizza ou sanduíches. Tudo é bonito e confortável neste hotel aconchegante, acolhedor e elegante! O café da manhã é uma atração à parte e possui diversas delícias cuidadosamente dispostas, que tornam a estada ainda mais especial! A cama é muito confortável e possui muitos travesseiros! Todas as noites disponibilizam pequenos mimos de chocolate com uma msg de boa noite e a previsão do tempo para o dia seguinte. Essa foi a minha sétima vez em Gramado e já estive em outros hoteis com avaliações excelentes na região, mas esse, de longe, foi o melhor de todos! Só um aspecto que pode ser melhorado, para uma experiência ainda melhor, seria um quarto um pouco maior para três pessoas pagantes! Porém, isso não afetou a minha estada, que foi maravilhosa e acolhedora! Se eu retornar a Gramado, será nele que vou ficar novamente com minha família! Amei demais!

Creio que uma melhor orientação da equipe para checar a titularidade da reserva seria suficiente para sanar o problema.
