We stayed for 4 nights at The Singular Patagonia. The owners and architects went all the way to transform this former meat processing plant into a luxury hotel. The presence of the old equipment is magnificent, and the views are spectacular. Running a hotel operation at such a remote location is very challenging. Creating an experienced service team is almost impossible, especially having the hotel closed 4 months per year. Although the staff is very friendly and helpful we experienced service issues every day. From an overheated bathroom to no water and from very slow check-in and F&B service to incorrect F&B items. To mitigate this service risk, it would require stronger guest service-oriented management and more automation (such as tablets for waiters). For this reason, we decided to skip The Singular in Santiago but would recommend to try-out the one in Patagonia, taking the above into consideration.

The Singular Puerto Natales ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Singular is a beautiful hotel. What an experience! The staff is amazing! 5-Star all the way. Great views from the panoramic window out across the water and into the snow capped mountains. By far the best of Puerto Natales, if not all of Chile! Highly recommend!
