Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops nearby, not to mention the chateau etc. There was an issue with the AC in our room, and as it happened, we were there during a heat wave, but the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. Another wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Clisson. Always a treat to admire the views of the medieval castle and river. Beautiful sight of the lit castle at night from the hotel patio. Great and relaxing pool area at the hotel. The food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients, very tasty, and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed a great massage at the spa and time in the spa jaccuzi area after the massage! Cannot wait to go back...

NO AC in my room , they told me that when i check in and it was the last room... they charge me full price ! i was offered a fan which never arrived in my room i asked for an Iron and i had to carry it from the lobby to my room with my bags the bed was ok but the bathroom was small and really bad layout . toilette too close to the wall and shower like a soccer game lockers not my definition of 4 stars hotel
