Good location for us. Breakfast was good; room was comfortable and clean; parking is limited to valet otherwise you have to drive to a lot in a different location.

Perfect place to stay for a short walk to watch the Astros. My kids appreciated the sofa in the bedroom so they didn’t have to share a bed. One of the better hotel stays I’ve had recently. Parking was expensive, but that was to be expected. We will definitely be back to stay at this property.

This hotel is brand new. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options available for breakfast. Weekend bartender was great and great Customer Service. They have specials for food and beveages. Nighttime hotel Manager made sure to check on all guests and made sure they were doing okay. He was also very personable. Room and hotel stayed clean. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff. No complaints.

6/10 Good

I was in this hotel , first my reservation check in was late , I was upset because it was around 6 pm and they weren’t giving me the room and I wasn’t the only one , at the en they gave me two free drinks and I appreciated but still I believe they have to get rooms ready at the time . Everything else was good

2/10 Poor

Arrived at 4:00 p.m., as we know check-in is at 4:00. Was informed that no rooms were available and we would have to wait. No wait time given because they didn't know when a room would be available. We had Astros game to go to and wanted to be there by 4:30 because they were giving away Carlos Correa bobbleheads and our two grand daughters wanted one. This was their first Astros game and were really excited. We didn't get to freshen and change to make it to Daikin park as early as we wanted. We didn't get the bobbleheads and we didn't have a room. I received a text around 6:30 p.m. that our room was ready. Of course we are at the game, so now we also messed our plans of taking the girls swimming in the pool because we had to check-in, get our luggage that was somewhere in a hopefully secure area. But that took time, so girls didn't get to go swimming. Family of four and only 2 bath towels, the other towels are wash cloths and hand towels. Not a happy weekend for us.

I've heard this hotel described as a 'best kept secret' sort of place, and I have to admit that my son and I did indeed have an amazing stay. It's a great space, located conveniently (we were there for Astros baseball), and the rates were not bad at all. A great option, and we'd stay there again if visiting downtown Houston.

Had a great experience for a one night stay. The only negative I had to say was that after the Astros game we ordered dinner at the bar, but never received our order. It very well could’ve been an off night for the kitchen and I understand they were busy. I would be willing to try it out again.

The room and facility were clean. The staff was helpful. My only concern was that there is limited housekeeping during the weekend.

I loved this hotel. Our room had a full size refrigerator, stove top, dishes and dish washer! I probably didn’t notice all this when I was making the reservation since we were staying one night. The breakfast next morning was also really good.

I went on a day with a popular concert in town ...check in is at 4pm and was not able to get my room until 5:45pm because rooms were not ready. Very big inconvenience but they allowed me to have a late check out which helped. Rooms are nice and spacious. Parking is pricey bout if you look around you will find a self oark for less that $25 daily . Would stay here again .
