Minha experiência no Nannai Milagres foi boa, mas, considerando o posicionamento do hotel e o valor da diária, acredito que alguns pontos precisam evoluir. O hotel ainda está em reforma, o que gerou bastante barulho durante a estadia, inclusive aos sábados e domingos. Além disso, apenas um restaurante estava funcionando, já que o outro permanecia fechado para obras. A academia é nova e excelente, porém senti falta de um spa, que considero esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. O atendimento merece destaque: todos os colaboradores foram muito prestativos, cordiais e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas o cardápio de almoço e jantar poderia oferecer mais variedade e qualidade. A carta de vinhos também é limitada e diversas opções disponíveis no menu não estavam em estoque. A estrutura à beira-mar é impecável, com excelente serviço de praia, um dos grandes pontos altos da hospedagem. No check-out, senti falta de um cuidado final, como oferecer uma água para a viagem, um detalhe simples que faz diferença na experiência. O hotel tem muito potencial e acredito que ficará excelente após o término das reformas e evolução do restaurante. No momento, porém, considero que a experiência ainda deixa a desejar em relação ao padrão e ao valor cobrado pelas diárias.

Hotel está em reformas para expansão, mas no que está funcionando está excelente, equipe extremamente simpática e prestativa, quarto confortável, restaurante excelente também. Sugeriria uma melhor climatização da piscina e que os chuveiros tivessem melhor aquecimento (aparentemente são aquecidos por energia solar).
