The room was very clean, we really appreciated having a kettle, fridge, and a fan in the room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue we experienced is twice in our 4 night stay we had to go to reception to get our key cards reset because they quit working. Beds were comfortable as well.

Room was good for one night stay, maintenance need to look at the plug socket near the two beds, as one only worked. Maintenance also need to look at the flush, as the water kept running, after every flush. Beds were comfy for one night, would come back for another night here but these checks are a priority to be checked.

Great location. Lots of lovely cafes nearby and the area felt safe! Stayed in a 4 person room which was at the very top - it was very warm being up in the roof due to hot weather, but fans were provided which helped a lot! Luggage storage was provided for early arrival. Only suggestion would be a little more storage - perhaps some more space to place toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a great experience for a really good price!

Not the best hotel, but not the worst either. The bed was very low above the floor, almost like sleeping on a bunk bed. Room is very small, but fair enough. No breakfast included. The location is a short distance walk from the subway station, 10 minutes maybe.

Compact and good value room, beds were comfortable and the big fan was an essential given the temperature and lack of aircon. We were in one of the rooms right at the top, so particularly hot and difficult to manage, but that's not the hotel's fault. Delightful views of some local foxes in the garden too. The water struggled a bit - at one point the shower didnt work and there was just a trickle from the tap - wondered if this was because the room next door was using it? Water never really cold, but again a heatwave was proably the cause. Staff were very nice and friendly - you need to check in and out at the Comfotel Blu a couple of doors down. No breakfast, but highly recommend the Farina & More Italian cafe a few doors down - they do very tasty authentic food and great coffee.

Great location. Tube stations and restaurants nearby. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. No bedside light, and nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom, but TV, hairdryer and kettle with tea/coffee. Perfectly satisfactory for the price paid. Wanted to leave suitcase at hotel, but reception was closed in the morning. I later discovered reception staff member was asleep inside the office. Soured my experience of an otherwise satisfactory stay

The room looked nothing like the photos. It was cramped and dark and dreary. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and almost fell off. The toilet’s flushing mechanism didn’t work and the shower cabinet looked old and horrible. The room was so hot and there was no aircon, and the fan in the room was huge and made so much noise it was horrible to have it on. We travelled with two children and would not recommend this «hotel» to other families. The men in reception hardly acknowledged us. But, there was a Dutch cleaning lady there who was really nice and friendly. She was the only positive thing about the place.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely comfortable bed with crisp white sheets and good shower with plenty of hot water. Everything was perfect and my only comment would be that the walls are a little thin and I could hear residence in the next rooms but earplugs sorted that! I was very glad that there was little road noise or passing trains.

Great location!

Awesome hotel and really great location close to many trains/tubes! Main complaint was the water turned on and off and there was little soap bars provided for each person for the trip but the cleaning staff took them away each day so by the end of our trip we had not soap or shampoos or anything left.
