The only thing wasn't like was around outside front areas of the hotel, looks like city garbage collection places don't make a good job and smell very bad. Anything else for me , the best retirement ambient for it. Very nice and helpful staff and locals. Best beach view, very good hotel breakfast and food on locals restaurants around the hotel.

Noise from neighbours room through interconnecting

Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there.

O bom do Hotel é sua localização. Pé na areia, perto de restaurantes de praia e bem próximo do centrinho de Cumbuco onde tem muita opção comer de a noite. Área da piscina boa, mas sem opção de serviço em dias que não são final de semana ou feriados. Mas Hotel precisa de mais cuidado. A equipe é pequena e não dá conta se o hotel fica mais cheio. Salão do Café da Manhã pequeno, resultando em fila de espera. E limpeza das partes comuns pode melhorar. Quartos e instalações bem desgastadas e na hora já de uma reforma. O fato do Hotel funcionar em paralelo com quartos e apartamentos de temporada, contribui para o estado atual em que se encontra.

A cozinha do quarto não possui nenhum utensílio. Ficando assim sem nenhuma utilidade. A área da piscina esta mal cuidada, os coqueiros possuem coco, podendo cair na cabeça dos hospedes, deveriam ser removidos, uma vez que é uma área de descanso e possui crianças. O serviço do quiosque/bar piscina é terrível, comi uma isca de peixe que me fez muito mal, devido ao óleo reutilizado, da mesma forma a batata-frita. Quanto ao Café da manha, é simples, porem atende.

Aluguei somente a parte do quarto, que é excelente para casal com 1 filho pequeno.
