바다뷰가 정말좋은것말고는 대실망입니다 스윗룸이었는데..글쎄요... 침대옆 협탁에는 머리카락이 수북했고 조식은 24,000원정도인데 7,900원이면 적당했습니다 다른분들도 우왕좌왕 접시들고 별로먹을게없다며 실망하는소리가들리더군요 일출보러 조식없이 가격저렴할때라면 몰라도 다시올것같지는않습니다

이번에 단체로 여행을 갔기에 6개의 방을 바다 전경 즉 오션 뷰로 예약하고 결제를 한 달 전에 이미 했다. 그런데 첫 날 한 방에 들어갔더니 쓰레기가 눈에 보이는, 청소가 안 된 방을 주었다. 항의했더니 방을 바꾸어 주었는데 여전히 더러웠다. 그래서 또 항의했더니 방을 바꾸어주었다. 두 번 방을 바꾼 것이다. 그리고 2 개의 방은 바다가 보이지 않았다. 오션 뷰라고 해서 결제를 했는데 왜 바다가 보이지 않는 방을 주었냐고 컴플레인을 하자, 프론트 직원은 황당한 거짓말을 했다. 미리 고지를 했다는 것이다. 그래서 나는 그런 고지를 받은 적이 없었다고 하니깐 체크인을 할 때 고지했다고 또 거짓말을 했다. 내가 화를 내면서 언제 그런 말을 했느냐고 항의하고 고지를 미리 해도 문제이지 않느냐고 분명 오션 뷰로 결제했는데 무슨 말도 안되는 이야기를 하냐고 따졌다. 그랬더니 1층 로비에서 바다가 보이니깐 이해해 달라, 나는 어떻게 할 수 있는 방법이 없다고 하였다. 너무 황당한 말을 해서 내가 엄청 화를 내니깐 그제서야 바다가 보이는 방을 두 개 주겠다고 했다. 나는 더 화가 났다. 호텔에서 어떻게 할 수가 없다고 해서 나는 방이 없는 줄로 생각했는데 바다가 보이는 방을 줄 수 있었다는 말이었기 때문이다. 호텔에서 어떻게 이렇게 나올 수 있는 지 너무 황당하고 기분이 나빴다.

바다 전망은 좋아요. 일출맛집. 그 외에 데스크 직원은 체크인 할때 자기 맘대로 합니다. 기분은 별로임. 헬스장은 무료인데 기구가 오래되었어요. 1층에 씨유 있는덕 거기보다는 베네키아 호텔 1층에 있는 GS25추천합니다.

동해바다를 원없이 볼수 있는 뷰 맛집입니다. 전반적으로 청결하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 수건 등 비품 리필 요청시 짧은 시간내 이루어집니다. 주차장도 충분히 큽니다. 한가지 미흡한 점은 화장실 출입 유리문의 아래쪽 힌지의 볼트가 약간 풀려있어 불안해 보였고 샤워 부스 유리문에 틈이 있어서 물이 부스밖으로 약간 흘러나옵니다.
