While the service was friendly, I felt the hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The bed was dreadfully hard and the pool was drained and closed. Overall it was pretty underwhelming.

직원들 밝은 표정, 11층 스카이라운지 직원분들의 센스 넘치늘 배려가 2박 3일동안 즐거움. 특히 11층 창가는 꼭 앉아보세요. 저비들과 바다의 조화가 아름답습니다. 커피도 3,000원. 수영장이 운영되지 않아서 아쉬웠을뿐!

바다뷰가 정말좋은것말고는 대실망입니다 스윗룸이었는데..글쎄요... 침대옆 협탁에는 머리카락이 수북했고 조식은 24,000원정도인데 7,900원이면 적당했습니다 다른분들도 우왕좌왕 접시들고 별로먹을게없다며 실망하는소리가들리더군요 일출보러 조식없이 가격저렴할때라면 몰라도 다시올것같지는않습니다

객실은 깨끗해보이나 어매니티는 아예없고 그것까진 괜찮은데 제가 청결하지않은호텔서 자고오면 가끔씩.다리에 벼룩물려서 오곤하는데 여긴 깨끗한것같았는데 다음날 바로 다리에 벼룩물린 자국이 생겼어요 ㅠㅠ 1주일지난 지금꺼지도 아직 물린자국이 있고 가랴워요

바다 전망은 좋아요. 일출맛집. 그 외에 데스크 직원은 체크인 할때 자기 맘대로 합니다. 기분은 별로임. 헬스장은 무료인데 기구가 오래되었어요. 1층에 씨유 있는덕 거기보다는 베네키아 호텔 1층에 있는 GS25추천합니다.

동해바다를 원없이 볼수 있는 뷰 맛집입니다. 전반적으로 청결하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 수건 등 비품 리필 요청시 짧은 시간내 이루어집니다. 주차장도 충분히 큽니다. 한가지 미흡한 점은 화장실 출입 유리문의 아래쪽 힌지의 볼트가 약간 풀려있어 불안해 보였고 샤워 부스 유리문에 틈이 있어서 물이 부스밖으로 약간 흘러나옵니다.

가성비 좋고, 직원분들 친절하시고 오션뷰+일출 이만한 호텔이 또 있을까요~? 내부가 깔끔하긴하지만 오래된 것 같긴해요; 그런데 저는 이런것들이 신경쓰일정도는 아니었어요~ 숙소에서 어딜가든 10분컷 멀어야 20분내외라서 다니기도 좋았답니다. 가을에 한번 더 가보려구요~

오션뷰가 다른 모든 단점을 덮습니다. 제일 불만은 에어컨입니다. 너무 온도조절이 안 돼서 잔날밤 시설팀이 왔다가셨지만 오전 10시 실내온도 28도였습니다. 성수기라 비용이 높았는데 에어컨은 기본 아닐까요. 비성수기 가을겨울 추천입니다.
