My stay wasn’t too bad. We had two rooms and in one of them, there was a beetle in the bed - we had to request a changing of the sheets. Next day, we requested towels/room cleaning and no one came by. We had to go and get more towels. Also, one of the key cards, which was not near a phone, became deactivated multiple times.
