The building parking garage entrance is very poorly designed as you go down to lower floors, the concierge for the hotel part of the building is at one corner where the entrance for condo room is on the opposite back corner, the building is just awkwardly built. It’s just a room with a bed and the street side is noisy, would never stay here again.

속초에서 오래된 호텔이라고 들었는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 넓어서 좋았어요! 전망은 아파트뷰였지만..^^ 커텐으로 사생활보호 걱정없는.. 주차장도 넓고 호텔 옆편의점과 10분정도 걸어서 속초바다도다녀올수있는 최적지였어요! 침대도 편하고 침구도 깨끗하고 기분좋은시간이였어요! 그리고 무엇보다조용해요~♡

호텔동 콘도 2곳으로 나눠져있었고,동선이 외부로 이동해야 됩니다. 콘도동은 엘베타는 입구도 좁아요. 침대 침구만 교체하신건지,,장농에있는 침구들은 깨끗하진 안았습니다. 머리카락도 있었고, 얼룩도 있었어요!!

거의 10년동안 가성비 있는 숙소로 자주 애용했는데, 이번 숙박은 최악이었습니다. 3박 이상만 객실 청소지원이 가능한 점은 이해하나,숙박 다음날 수건 지원이 되지 않고, 셋째날 아침에 프런트에 전화를 해서야 받았습니다. 아무리 성수기 연휴라고 해도 대형 숙박 업체에서 객실수만큼만 수건을 갖고 있는게 이해가 안되네요. 입실시 청소 상태는 불량했습니다. 누군가 쓰던 라이터가 바닥에 있었고, 수건에는 핏자국같은 얼룩이 있었습니다. 재방문 의사 없습니다.
