I was traveling with my two sisters-in-law and this room was by far the most spacious and well-appointed of our whole two week trip. The beds were comfortable, the room was right on street level but was silent at night, the area is gorgeous (even with all the construction happening on the street during our stay). You're close to public transport making it super easy to get around the city and there is a beautiful park across the street which was the perfect spot to take a little morning walk or hang out with a good book. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Our train to Paris got cancelled and they were able to book us into our same room for an additional night making the unexpected plan change much less stressful for us.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, however, there is construction outside and the noise was very loud starting Monday morning. The Room is also a bit warm did not get cooler than 23°. The hotel is about a 15 minute bike ride from Central Station. Overall a good stay but it sure it’s worth the money.

We arrived with two young children and a lot of luggage, and despite the road closure, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service went above and beyond our expectations. Esther at reception was warm, welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. The other reception staff were also wonderful, friendly, and attentive. The entire team helped us with our luggage and belongings from the beginning of the street, and everyone was so kind and welcoming to both us and our children. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful, and comfortable, and our room was lovely and pleasant. The breakfast was amazing — everything was fresh, delicious, and there was a great variety of options. We would be very happy to return and highly recommend this hotel. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic hotel. Currently being refurbished and only refurbed rooms are available (according to front desk). My refurbed bedroom was really good. Bar hasn’t yet reopened hence my lower score on amenities. The staff are so proud of the hotel and that shows in their attitude. Although a mile further out than I usually stay, the train and tram links are excellent and the local park is quieter than some more central. Great place.
