Very cozy hotel at the edge of the old town. Rustic and full of charm. The staff is nice and helpful and dogs are welcome, which is great. However, the rooms are a bit dated. Plus it is in a historical building so no air con is available - the rooms get very hot. The spa is missing some sort of bubble bath or plunge as well (lack of pool is understandable) and the saunas are only open 15-20 which is not convenient/acceptable for this standard of a hotel.

Originalbyggnad från slutet av 1300-talet (det var då som Klaus Störtebeker rånade hansaskepp på Östersjön) Det är respekt. Vi har bott där så många gånger att vi tappat räkningen. Ett fantastiskt hotell med parkeringshus tvärs över gatan. Rent och snyggt. Bra frukost. Rummen är fina och sängarna helt ok. Tyvärr har tekniken kommit i kapp. Vi gillar inte automatiska in- och utcheckningar i mobilen.

Fint hotel. Men i værelserne til bagsiden, er der megen støj fra gaden, værelset var også meget varmt, selvom radiatoren var slukket. Når man holder vinduerne åbne, kommer der en del røg ind af vinduer. For bagindgangen samt personale indgangen ligger der, og alle rygere står ligeledes også der. Jeg er normalt ikke sart. Men det var lige i overkanten. Har man lyst til hotellets helt standard morgenmad, så book den online samtidigt med værelse. Ellers er det mere end dobbelt op i pris. Vi gav lige knap 40eur for to, det for en enkelt dag… det er sku noget i overkanten.. Der ligger mange morgenmad/frokost caféer i byen, med væsentlig bedre udbud.
